STUDIO POLICIES

Welcome to NOVA Lagree! Our studio policies are designed to provide a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for every client. Thank you for helping us create the best possible experience for our community.

CLASS ARRIVAL

  • First-time clients must arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, complete the required waiver, and receive a brief introduction to the Mega Pro.

  • Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class.

  • Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

  • Classes begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Please arrive on time so you can settle in and enjoy the full class experience.

  • For safety and to minimize disruptions, late arrivals may not be permitted once class is underway.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your reservation 12 hours or more before class without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will incur a $15 Late Cancellation Fee.

  • Your class credit will be forfeited.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not attend your reserved class:

  • A $25 No-Show Fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • Your class credit will be forfeited.

WAITLIST

  • If a class is full, join the waitlist.

  • Clients are automatically added to class as spots become available.

  • If you are added to class within the 12-hour cancellation window, the standard cancellation policy applies.

  • Please monitor your email and text, as you may be added to class automatically.

GRIP SOCKS

Grip socks are required for every class for safety, hygiene, and stability on the Mega Pro.

Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

CELL PHONES

To provide the best experience for everyone:

  • Please silence your phone before class.

  • Leave phones and personal belongings in the lockers during class.

  • Photos and selfies are welcome before or after class.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

We strive to create a calm, welcoming environment for everyone. Please help us care for the studio by cleaning your Mega Pro after class, respecting those around you, and helping us preserve the experience for every member.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to attend classes or purchase memberships and class packages.

PAYMENT

NOVA Lagree is a cashless studio.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Memberships activate upon your first class check-in.

  • Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle.

  • Monthly class credits do not roll over.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Membership cancellations require 14 days' written notice before your next billing date.

Membership Freeze

Members may freeze their membership:

  • Once per calendar year

  • Minimum freeze: 14 days

  • Maximum freeze: 60 days

  • Billing automatically resumes at the end of the freeze.

CLASS PACKAGES

Class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used by the original purchaser. Expiration dates vary by package and are shown at purchase.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final. Memberships, classes, class packages, retail merchandise, gift cards, and introductory offers are non-refundable.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please notify your instructor before class if you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Have an injury

  • Have a medical condition that requires modifications

Our instructors are happy to provide appropriate modifications whenever possible.

PARKING

Complimentary parking is available throughout the shopping center.

LOST & FOUND

NOVA Lagree is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

Unclaimed items will be held for a limited time. Please contact the studio if you believe you have left something behind.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • Reservations and cancellations must be made through your NOVA Lagree account or the NOVA Lagree app.

  • Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone, email, text message, or social media.

  • Studio policies, pricing, schedules, and membership terms are subject to change without prior notice.
